I use an integrative approach, including EMDR, ACT, CBT and SFBT, to support people experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, chronic pain, sleep difficulties, perinatal and postnatal mental health concerns, and more.
My Practice Locations
I Provide services across a number of online telehealth practices, including my own practice Chilled Psychology. To keep my prices low I do not have a receptionist avaible and you will be unable to contact me without an appointment.However I do offer a introductory 20 and 50 minute consultation for a heavily discounted fee from $35 when booked through Chilled Psychology.

I offer a sliding fee structure based on individual circumstances that range from $102 to $160. Medicare rebates of $101.55 are available with a mental health care plan.Available Monday to Saturday

I provide telehealth therapy on the Talked.com platform. Standards consultations are $220. Medicare rebates of $101.55 are available with a mental health care plan.
